Our childhood is filled with good memories, and unfortunately some not so good ones. When the bad memories are numerous in relation to the good ones, then we can begin to suffer in our adult life as we look back and try to understand why and how things didn’t go the right way for us. We look to seek the reasons, why we or the people around us acted how they did, or maybe even begin to perceive our childhood in a slightly distorted manner.
